You are right guys!
OK, I just got back from a 1 hour walk with my 4 month old in his stroller. I guess I just needed to get out of the house. I feel great! We walked to Albertsons to buy lettuce and egg beaters. It was fun to sing songs while Jacob was laughing at the bumps on the road. Also, my cheeks are the same color as my lipstick. HAHA !! I could not let this beautiful day go to waste. I will try to do this at least 3 times a week. Talk to you later.

Way to go Kimberly. It was a beautiful day, wasn't it? Two of my bubbas are sick, so not so much outside time for me.
Isn't it amazing how energized you can feel after getting some exceercise?
