Go me! I was upset that the scale read 183.4, until I realized that last week I weighed 186. I'm still moving in the right direction, and heading towards where I was. I'm trying very hard not to regret the months that I spent tooling around, not focusing on eating well- they are what they are, and served me at the time. I am where I am now, and need to focus on that and only that.
Here are the cold, hard numbers:
Tuesday, Jan 9: 1708 calories, 14 glasses water, exercise
Wednesday, Jan 10: 1166 calories, 16 glasses water, exercise
Thursday, Jan 11: 1588 calories, 15 glasses water, exercise
Friday, Jan 12: 2043 calories, 14 glasses water (this was *ahem* mostly liquid calories. In case you were wondering, a chocolate martini has ~469 calories. Yikes.)
Saturday, Jan 13: 1414 calories, 11 glasses water, exercise
Sunday, Jan 14: 1553 calories, 14 glasses water
Monday, Jan 15: 1755 calories, 11 glasses water, exercise

Paige, you are so kicking some serious butt with your numbers this last couple of weeks! Way to push forward.
