Yesterday in version TWO of the WAIWMIWLI meeting I told Kris and Julie about how I use this google tool to track my weight. Its a free tool that I popped on my home page. Each morning I get up and weigh and pop in the numbers. It creates a graph for me to see my progress. It also issues a warning or a compliment if I'm swerving.
Some people get bummed when they weigh themselves as often. Me, I like to use it as accountablity, since I'm not a journaler. Just thought maybe someone else would find it useful.
