Hi all,
Well, here's my story. I've lost about 80lbs and still need to drop another 20-30. It's really hard because I've been working on this for 2 years. Now, I think I'm entering menopause and my hormones are doing .....whatever!!!! I can't figure out how to drop the pounds, but I'm determined to keep going. This week, after weeks of being stalled, I lost almost 3 lbs!! YEA.
Let's see how I do next week,

Debbie, I'm so glad that you've joined our blog! And WOW, you've lost 80 pounds. That is truly amazing! And you've stuck with it for two years now, talk about inspiring me not to ever give up. I was glad to hear that you lost a little more this week, after such a plateau.

Hi all,
Kimi you asked what plan I am using to lose weight. I have really enjoyed Weight Watchers and have included working out at the gym 4-5 times a week. I think that combination has been the key.
