I made a discovery today that rather shocked me. I went to take a vitamin, (because whenever I see Julie posting, I take note that she has taken her vitamins), and it again motivated me to make a right choice. Well, low and behold, I discovered that my vitamins expired exactly ONE YEAR AGO!!!! Yikes, has it been that long since I've taken a vitamin? No! It can't be, can it? Well, that'll be the first thing I pick up the next time that I go to the store. Thanks again Jules for making me think about what I'm doing with my health. And thanks to all of you other gals that have been posting, it really makes it feel like we're all in this together.

Okay... another confession
