Welcome, Kimiko!


Wow, another one of my beautiful friends has joined our group! Welcome to Kimiko! I am so proud of you, Sister! I have never seen you this determined to face your health and food issues. I was so charged up after talking to you last Friday! Hey, don't let the numbers rule your emotions. Make a list of "treats" or "escapes" you can give yourself that are non-food related, a warm bath, reading a favorite magazine, calling a long distance friend, window shopping, etc. Use that list when you feel the need for those fries! Redirect your attentions, just like a child needs when learning to cope with the loss of a toy or a priviledge. You can do it, babe. One day, one meal at a time. Love you!
