Off the wagon

Hello everyone,

I am off the wagon. Been off for about a week (been hanging on by my boot strap for a while). Can't seem to get back on. I say this to you with my empty bowl sitting next to me. That would be my second big helping of potato salad. HELP!

SueAnne-
You have lost 29 pounds. You can do this.

But only you can make the decision to get back on the wagon. To remember how worth it it is being there and how much you gain while you LOSE!!

So put down the potato salad, and the chips, and ice cream, and whatever else. And climb back on with us. We've got room for you and miss you.

Just start tomorrow with a fresh journal page and have a "Prism" breakfast....drink some extra water and set your heart to succeed, girl. We know this is a tough road...especially walking it day after day after day....but remind yourself that this program is God's gift to you and it is truly a gift to yourself. A way to put yourself first so you can be the best for the demands around you.

I believe in you. I was surrounded by cake, celebration and a "pot-luck" all day yesterday...In my own home, no less, and it is tough. I made it through, without regrets. If I can do this, so can you, girl!

One day at a time SueAnn. Start with the next meal. Thank God for this meal and His provision.

You are worth it. Whatever it is that is going on is not bigger than the God is.

There is room on this wagon for all of us.

Okay, SueAnne, put down the spoon and please step away from the potato salad...slowly...good girl.

Everybody slips, the key is catching yourself and getting back on the right track. You have put so much time, energy, and faith into yourself and your journey. I have every confidence that you will realize that you are worth taking care of and come on back to a healthy lifestyle. Don't let an indulgence become a habit!

Jules has it right. Tomorrow is another day and another journal page. Make it count.

Love and luck,
Lisa

What I'm hearing everyone say is: TOMORROW IS ANOTHER DAY!

I'll be looking in tomorrow to see if you are posting your success.

There - now you are accountable :-)

Hey the great thing about the wagon is you just hop back on and hold on tight. You can do it!
