1 week down....

My first week is up and I did wonderful. I lost 7 l bs!!! After working out tonight I was so nervous about stepping on that scale but anxious too. I would say you don't know that feeling, but I know you all do!

My goal for this next week is to work out 5 days and continue with writting down my food intake.

Congratulations on your loss! 7 lbs. is a lot, though - some people can lose that quickly by being healthy but others can only lose it that quicky by being unhealthy. Please make sure you're taking care of yourself!

And again, congrats!

Tracy! I'm SOOOOO happy for you! What an amazing start! I lost the largest amount during the first two weeks of my diet, excercise change too. I lost a solid 11 pounds starting out. Believe me, I know how encouraging it can be. : )
Just keep your eyes on the prize, and eventually you WILL get there.
