May First!


Its May Day.
Its the day that you can tell yourself, "In one month, I may....."

I may weigh 5 lbs less.

I may run 5 miles (or minutes) longer.

I may lose a dress size.

What May you do this May?

I may walk 20 miles in one weekend!

I may get a new job so I can quit being so danged stressed about everything (including my weight) else.

I may also lose the remaining 8 lbs to get back to where I was.

I may:

Weight less on the 30th than I did on the 1st.
Weed down the clothes to a what we actually wear.
Plan some fun summer activities.
Continue at the Y and earn 5000+ fit points.

Burn more calories than I did last month. And, I AM running my second 5k on May 19th!

I MAY break into the 150's. I MAY blog and post on this site more often. I MAY learn how to give my emotions to the Lord instead of to my stomach. I MAY even be a better friend this month.
