Well duh. This list makes it all seem so much simpler than I think we all tend to make it.
I've noticed that when I've been doing the things on this list (hey! even before I knew there was a list because I'm an overachiever like that, sometimes, maybe) is when this whole losing weight thing has done best for me. Especially the working food into my diet part.

I'd already been doing some of those things - like ordering kids meals. Not only does it save calories, it's cheaper!
And I have to use those savings to do another thing on that list - keep my house stocked with single-serving bake chips and other healthy snacks, because my two red-heads are bigtime snackers.
Nice list, Lisa. Thanks for keeping up the flow of great information here. I feel like I have been on a leave of absence for a bit. Lots going on in my life right now.
