Doing a Little Celebratin'

I lost 3.4 pounds this week and updated my ticker. I'm celebrating because I had a short term goal of reaching 215 pounds, which I've done, so now I need a new short term goal. I want to be 199 pounds by the end of June. Do you think that's too ambitious? I am so anxious to kiss the 200's goodbye! Ooooh, this means I need to take new weight loss pics because another 10 pounds are gone since the last ones.

Congrats Jennifer! 3.4 pounds is a very big loss for one week. : )I'm so proud of you! Now let me just chant:

15 pounds in five weeks is a tall order. But then again, you are a tall girl, now aren't you?

I am. :-)

When I really work at being conscious of my eating, exercising 6 days a week, and making good food choices every time I put something in my mouth, I average over 3 pounds a week. I have yet to be that diligent more than 2 weeks in a row, so we'll see.

I think you can do it. You are so motivated and, well, sparkly about all of this that I know you have the will to do it. And as they say, "where there's a will..."
