Here is a photo I found in my nephew's bedroom. It was taken at his birthday, 11-04. How far I've come! 228 sticks of butter far. Geesh!

Isn't it a wonder that we didn't rip up all of the photos when we were much heavier? I always HATED getting my photo taken at that point. Because it forced me to be real with what I really looked like... and I didn't want to. I wasn't ready to make the needed radical changes.
Oh baby, you have come SOOOOO far! You look amazing and I'm just so completely proud of you! You've been so faithful!
One day at a time, one meal at a time, one water bottle at a time...every morning I just begin again.
