New Favorites for Lisa

Hello everyone!

What is your current favorite food, snack or recipe? I think Lisa needs new ideas:)

My current favorite is this:
2 TB sugar-free peanut butter
honey (to taste- I go for a full TB)
Warm it up in the microwave and mix

Dip apple slices in it. Kind of tastes like a carmeled apple! Really! And without all the sugar and hydrogenated fats! It sustains me for a while too:)

OHHHHH, I got one. I bought some sugar free chocolate syrup at Wal Mart. I put some in 8 oz. of milk and stirred! WhoHoo, it is yummy. I also tried to dip a banana into it today...not so good. The milk thing is perfect, though.

Lisa, have you tried Newman's Own Honey Mustard dressing? The "lighter" one? It is the goods, babe. Especially on salmon. I make up a bed of greens, add salmon, cut up grapes, some almonds or something crunchy, some carrot shreds, a few chopped green onions, and that Newmans dressing. So, so good. Try it!
