Pedometer Challenge Report

Hi Gals,

I just wanted to post my pleasure at taking at least 9846 steps today - (2k steps equals approximately one mile). I see my upper thighs getting a little slimmer and the scale said 152.0 this morning, which it hasn't said in over four years. Keep talkin to me baby!

I still am a miserable water drinker tho.

I got my pedometer and took almost 6,000 steps today. This was a non-walking day, so those were just daily activity steps. I'm going to try to get it a little higher tomorrow, but I might take a walk tomorrow too.

I think this is a wonderful way to find a baseline of activity for me. I didn't think I'd be into it - but WHEEE!

I am lucky to love water, and when I found out that drinking ice water actually burns about 70 calories a day! Hey, I can deal with that!

I went without mine today, but I know that I did more than I did yesterday, and I forced myself to be much more active. The sunshine didn't hurt.

I'm very interested to see how I do tomorrow.
