I miss you too, Jules, and everyone else... But in answer:
1) Lisa
2) Weight: 15 pounds below where I started a year ago, 11 pounds above my low point last September (wow does that hurt to say). Place: Not so hot.
3) 19 pounds lighter than at this moment.
4) Break back into the range I was in last summer by the end of May.
5) A lot of exercise - outside the gym. Racquetball, tennis, soccer. And good, nutritious foods in the fridge.
6) Duh. Jules, Kris, SueAnne and Paige.
7) Pastry. And chocolate.
8) Not really a comment, but having my pants literally fall off in my office parking garage. Note: also my most embarassing moment attributable to weight loss...

8. best complement you have received on your weight loss.: My Uncle called me "Fatty" on Saturday in jest. That meant a lot.

3. It isn't weight so much now as it is size and tone. I want to be comfortably in a size 8 pant. I am currently in a size 10/12. I mean, I'd love to say that I'm in the 150's. But honestly, at thhis point, if I got into the 160's. I'd be extatic.
4. To be down 8-10 pounds by my birthday, which is in eight weeks.
5. Continue to work out 5 days a week, with increasing my cardio. Drinking tons of water, avoiding sugar, and white flour.
6. You ALL are such a tremendous support to me!!!

8. Having the receptiotnist at the chiropractor not recognise me, and having my dad call me his "hero", not just for the weight loss, but for my fitness level. : )

4. Short term. Find the inspiration and determination to push forward. At this point, I have only been able to focus on NOT going backward.
5. Strategies: At a loss really, just still stuck. Can't lay off the sugar.

7.Trigger: Fatigue, pain, fibromyalsia. I just want to eat and find the energy I am lacking.
