Good News and Bad News
The bad news is the scale has only moved .4 pounds in over 2 weeks. The good news is that it moved down, not up. I've updated my ticker. Oh, and more good news: last Saturday I walked 5.1 miles, which is a new record for me (in the last 15 years).
Hey,, at least you didn't gain! But I understand the frustration when you're working hard, and almost nothing comes off. You've had tremendous success over the last several weeks, do not be discouraged.
And I'm so proud of you for walking those five miles!! That's quite a distance. : )

Way to go - don't let the slow moving needle of the scale put you off. You just have to get that motor running again and the pounds will melt.

Today I got on the scale, and I'm almost 2 full pounds lighter than I was yesterday morning. Go figure!
I have been paying very close attention to my water intake the last couple of days, and making sure I get plenty.
Did I say almost? I meant over. I never was great at mental math. I weigh 2.2 pounds less today than I did yesterday. That sure perked me up.
Yippee!!
