Update

Hi ladies-
I thought I would check in. I have done fairly good this week. I am pleased with my first week effort but I need to bump it up a notch next week. Yesterday I walked 5.1 miles and did 10 minutes on the elliptical machine. Today I did some push ups and sit ups and then I went to the spa. How is that for exercise. Well I did sweat a lot! Tomorrow it is more walking and some weight lifting! Today I drank 80 ounces of water. That's about it.

Hey, Jenny! Did you go to that spa without me? Ok, I have been sick, I know, but I still want to go there with you. The 80 ounces of water is fantastic! I read somewhere that water is the only true magic weight loss potion.
