Well, it was bound to happen sometime with weekly weigh ins. I was UP this week. Up 1.2 pounds! uuggh! OK, re-examine.... I'm sure I have been pushing it with the creamer in my coffee, especially since trying to stay off the mochas. How shall I console myself? mmm...icecream......
kidding!

Oh, SueAnne, I am so sorry. It is tough to weigh in at night, too. It could be water weight, or something....Don't be too down. Just work it out this week. Try the sugar cut back thing. Or white flour (or both). We believe in you!

SueAnne,
My biggest challenge after a gain is always not slipping for a few days before I right myself.
You're re-examine of the week etc makes it sound like you're on the right track- looking at what you can change! I bet the next one will be better.

Please step away from the ice cream and keep your hand where I can see them!
Sorry to hear that you had a setback, but at least you've identified a possible culprit. I take skim milk with me to work for my coffee - it's not as satisfying and sometime I wind up with equal parts milk and coffee - but I keep thinking what I could do with those saved calories. That's where the ice cream comes in!
I'm sure you'll turn it all around quickly. Good luck!
Sorry about your weigh in SueAnne. Night time really is a tough time to weigh.
We all experience some gain periodically. It can be discouraging, but I believe in you! I'm sure your next report will be a good one. : )

This gives you a great opportunity to assess how you will confront disappointment. Yes, not having smaller numbers is a bummer, but - weight isn't only fat - you may be buliding muscle too :-) I always love it when people tell me that.
