Friday Weigh In
And I'm up .5. Yippee for me. I decided I"m paying for the week and a half or so I messed around before this week. I hope so. So next week will be better. Right? Right???
I'm sure next week will be better. Just take it one day at a time. I'll be anticipating your next post about losing a little. One pound at a time we will overcome!
I tell you, the weekly weigh ins can mess you up! I know, I have been cheating on my weigh ins (I ma not supposed to step on the scale for 6 weeks) and the scale hasn't moved for me in 10 days...frustrating. My hubby is trying to tell me that good health is the goal and not what the scale says...Easy for him to say! (he is 5'7" and weighs 155 lbs.)
I guess the good thing about it for you is it is a warning to step it up and stop messing around if you really want to change.

Okay what did you do well? Because you could have gained more. I think only .5 is great. So now you have to share with us what your trick was :)
