Messed up template

Can anyone here help me fix the template? In editing some sidebar stuff, it left the side bar... Grrr.

I did what I could...the previous template is saved if we can have an html person look at it sometime to figure it out. Something has been deleted, I think.

Jules, if you email that yoga picture I can get it back in the header. It wouldn't let me save it off the blog.

The yoga pic is not a big deal...don't even know where I got it. Was probably using it illegally anyway...thanks.
