Hello Ladies,
Today was the first time back to the gym for me in a couple of months. I was really glad I went. I did 30 minutes of weights for my legs and 45 minutes on the eliptical. I need to work back up to an hour. I felt so good when I finished. I just need to make it a daily habit during the week. Taking one day at a time. Have a good weekend everyone.
