Monday and Tuesday

Not a lot to share but here are the numbers...

Monday 24 points, 11 glasses of water; 2 fruit; 4 veggies
Tuesday 23 points, 11 glasses of water; 3 fruit; 4 veggies; workout

Does anyone want to tell me about the Prism program?
