Weight loss already??

I've been documenting my eating habits and checking their digestive PH for a week. I have already lost TWO pounds?

Yay!

    Eating almonds is a great way to keep my metabolism going and my tummy busy.

  3. I rode Andi today for a while. Then, I took a break and went swimming this evening. I'm exhausted, but I feel so good about being so active.

    Anyone else moving their hiney?
