I earned my first "star" from the Y!
For those of you who have fitlinxx at your YMCA, I made it to the first level, the white star level. You have to earn 15,000 fit points to earn your star, and I did it! Not bad considering I've only been a member for two months. I check my numbers daily on line. Anyhow, I'm soooo loving my membership there.
WooHoo! I'm working on my red level, but you're closing fast!
(Isn't it amazing how sometimes the little things mean so much? Reaching the white level was, for me at least, a signal that I really was on the right path and actually moving along it pretty quickly).
Way to go Kristina. I am very proud of you. I hurt my back and was in the ER all day on Monday. I got a shot on my bum and the docs put me on Percocet, Ibu., and Rubaxin for muscle spasms. I will be fine but out of the gym for a week or so. Talk to you soon.
