ReplyDeleteOH come on, guys...I still got a bit of a gut and I am only 5'4". All the medical advice says I need to lose more...but I appreciate the kudos. I do feel pretty great, but I am excited to get even more fit and healthy...I will be turning 37 in a few weeks and I want to enter my 40's with a healthy, happy, disease free body.
