Hmmm...I can see why you'd need some strength...

Ok Ladies and Gents, here is a visual to explain WHY I need to be stronger, lighter and have bigger wind.

Show jumping - just ONE of the events - is chaining several jumps together.

I can do TWO in a row so far...not quite enough.

My ab/leg work should really help - and that's why the Jingle Jiggle Challenge is a great one for me.

What do YOU need muscles for?

  1. I need muscles to support my aching back and help me to stand tall and strong throughout my busy days with children.

    I also need muscles to burn more of this fat! Amen, sista'.
